The card is damaged at the sorting device at Deutsche Post.  The cancellation on stamps are fine, so it's supposed to be damaged after the card is canceled.  Deutsche Post enclose it in plastic bag together with the letter of apology.  

The card is teared into two pieces and Deutsche Post and is connected using clear tape. 

You can see that the postmark is stamped before it is damaged.

This card is mini-delhi postcrossing meetup card.  Only two member of postcrossing society attends this event, meet each others and sign on cards.  They are Manu Sharma and Bhaskar Pakrasi and met on 15th feb 2012.
